2008 Projects

Throughout the month of January 2008, two mission teams from Illinois will be building up to 14 cinder block houses for the village of Los Ranchos. Each team will spend 10 days in the village. In addition to building the houses, the teams will hold Vacation Bible School sessions for the children of the village.

As this is written during November 2007, villagers are preparing the site and making the cinder blocks for the homes that will be built. They are using a block maker that was purchased with funds donated by people in Tinley Park and Polo, Illinois.
