for Trimming Bacon Bellies
- Machine for trimming bacon bellies maximum 3
inches thick by 12 inches wide by 20 inches long
set to trim width to 9.45 inches. Machine
equippped with to stainless steeel rotary slitter
knives plus one spare. Spacing between knives is
adjustable to provide different trimmed widths.
- The machine will be set to trim up to six bellies
per minute. Please advise whether trim should
exit with the product or drop into a container
under the conveyor within the area of the
machine.
- A 12-inch loading infeed table and roduct side
guide are included.
- Product temperature is not critical;
approximately 40°F will be acceptable.
- Customer to provide 230 or 460 VAC 60 Hz 3 Phase
electrical power supply to be specified with
order.
- Machine will be powered by a 230/460 VAC 60 Hz 3
Phase TEFC Gearmotor.
- Machine equipped with adjustable height legs with
locking casters. Conveyor height from floor
adjustable from 37 to 40 inches. Machine overall
dimenstions approximately 45 inches wide, 60
inches long including infeed table, 60 inches
maximum height.
- Corrosion resistant construction. Primary
materials are engineering plastics and stainless
steel.
- Production Cutters are accepted by the USDA for
use in federally inspected meat and poultry
plants. USDA acceptance of the machine is
guaranteed if it is used in accordance with our
recommendations. Our machines are designed and
built to satisfy OSHA requirements provided users
follow our recommended safety procedures.
- Machine Instruction Manual and one year limited
warranty included at not extra charge.
